Ingredients
- 80g rolled oats
- 100g Greek yoghurt
- 200ml almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
- 2tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
Method
- Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl
- Transfer to jars or a dish with a lid and soak in the fridge for at least 8 hours
- Add your choice of toppings such as fruit, nuts and chocolate
